The DNA Template Purification application tracks the purification of amplified DNA and elution into a new 96 Well plate. The dashboard provides scientists with a worklist of samples to process and purified samples are queued up for cycle sequencing. Users can leverage the inventory management capabilities to store purified DNA samples until they ready for further processing.

• Record the date, reagents, and consumables used to purify DNA samples
• Track the elution of purified samples to 96 Well Plate
