The Extension PCR Product Application application tracks the purification and precipitation of amplified DNA. Dashboard provides scientists with a worklist of samples to process and purified samples are queued up for capillary electrophoresis. Users can leverage the inventory management capabilities to store purified DNA samples until they ready for further analysis.

Functionality

• Scientists can record the date, reagents and consumables used to purify the DNA samples
• Purified samples are queued up for capillary electrophoresis when used in conjunction with the Sanger Sequencing or SeqStudio Capillary Electrophoresis applications
• Use in combination with Sanger Sequencing, Sanger Lab QC, and other Sanger apps to support your full Sanger sequencing workflow
