Thermo Fisher™ Platform for Science™ software integrates with the RStudio™ Shiny™ application to offer a combination of visual data discovery and analytics. The Index Checking application alerts users of any duplicate index sequences that would clash in a proposed sample pooling. This application supports both the Illumina™ and the Ion Torrent™ NGS Solutions.
