Measure the quantity of nucleic acids in samples by qPCR

The qPCR Quantification application simplifies experiment setup and captures results to assess nucleic acid sample quantity for genomics workflows. Easily generate instrument files with sample names and barcodes for upload to a variety of industry standard qPCR instruments, simplifying qPCR experiment setup time. Use Thermo Scientific™ Core SDMS™ software to automate data capture, or upload qPCR result files to Thermo Scientific™ Core LIMS™ software through the user interface.

Functionality

• Generate instrument files and manage instrument usage for a variety of qPCR instrumentation including the Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ Real-Time PCR systems
• Use in conjunction with Genomics Sample Accessioning to register samples
• Record run data such as Ct, Quantity, Mean, SD, comments and more for all samples within a run
• Use dashboards to track samples which are ready for quantification
